Use of Google Maps

Use of reCAPTCHA
In order to protect input forms on our site, we use the “reCAPTCHA” service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google." By means of this service it can be distinguished whether the corresponding input is of human origin or is created improperly by automated machine processing.

Using PayPal as a payment method
If, while completing your order, you decide to use PayPal as an online payment service, your contact details will be sent to PayPal during the order process. 5 Prüfung, Abnahme, lnbetriebnahme
Der Besteller hat die Lieferung sofort nach Empfang zu prüfen und uns allfällige Mängel, für die wir verantwortlich sind, sofort schriftlich innerhalb von 14 Tagen zu melden. Unterlässt er dies, so gilt die Lieferung als genehmigt.
6 Transport
Sonderwünsche bezüglich Transport und Versicherung sind uns rechtzeitig bekannt zu geben. Transportschäden sind sofort nach Erhalt der Ware, am besten im beisein des Lieferanten, zu melden und eine Schadensanzeige mit der jeweiligen Transportfirma auszufüllen und diese sofort an uns weiterzuleiten.
Die angegebenen Lieferfristen sind als annähernd zu betrachten. Die Lieferfrist beginnt ab Zahlungseingang zu laufen (gilt natürlich nicht für Barzahlung bei Abholung).
Verspätete Lieferung berechtigt zu keinem Schadensersatzanspruch. Auf im Falle verspäteter Lieferung ist der Besteller verpflichtet, die Ware abzunehmen, sofern er nicht vorgängig eine angemessene Nachlieferungsfrist angesetzt und nach deren Ablauf auf die Lieferung verzichtet hat.
8 Gewährleistungspflicht
Für bewegliche, körperliche Sachen gilt eine gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren ab Erhalt der Waren. Von der Gewährleistung nicht gedeckt sind Schäden infolge natürlicher Abnützung, mangelhafter Wartung, Missachtung von Betriebsvorschriften, zu hoher Beanspruchung und ungeeigneter Betriebsmittel.
9 Haftung
Wir verpflichten uns, die Lieferung vertragsgerecht auszuführen. Jede weitere Haftung gegenüber dem Besteller für irgendwelche Schäden wird, soweit gesetzlich zulässig, ausgeschlossen.
10 Rücktrittsrecht gem. Fernabsatz-Gesetz, Fernabsatzrichtlinie und österr. KSchG.:

(2) Ein Recht zur Aufrechnung steht Ihnen nur zu, wenn Ihre Gegenansprüche rechtskräftig festgestellt oder von uns unbestritten oder anerkannt sind oder Zahlungsunfähigkeit unsererseits besteht. Verbrauchern besteht auch die Möglichkeit, mit Gegenforderungen aufzurechnen, die im rechtlichen Zusammenhang mit der Verbindlichkeit des Verbrauchers stehen. (2) Soweit die Bestimmungen nicht Vertragsbestandteil geworden oder unwirksam sind, richtet sich der Inhalt des Vertrags nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

5 Prüfung, Abnahme, lnbetriebnahme
Der Besteller hat die Lieferung sofort nach Empfang zu prüfen und uns allfällige Mängel, für die wir verantwortlich sind, sofort schriftlich innerhalb von 14 Tagen zu melden. Unterlässt er dies, so gilt die Lieferung als genehmigt.
6 Transport
Sonderwünsche bezüglich Transport und Versicherung sind uns rechtzeitig bekannt zu geben. Transportschäden sind sofort nach Erhalt der Ware, am besten im beisein des Lieferanten, zu melden und eine Schadensanzeige mit der jeweiligen Transportfirma auszufüllen und diese sofort an uns weiterzuleiten.
Die angegebenen Lieferfristen sind als annähernd zu betrachten. Die Lieferfrist beginnt ab Zahlungseingang zu laufen (gilt natürlich nicht für Barzahlung bei Abholung).
Verspätete Lieferung berechtigt zu keinem Schadensersatzanspruch. Auf im Falle verspäteter Lieferung ist der Besteller verpflichtet, die Ware abzunehmen, sofern er nicht vorgängig eine angemessene Nachlieferungsfrist angesetzt und nach deren Ablauf auf die Lieferung verzichtet hat.
8 Gewährleistungspflicht
Für bewegliche, körperliche Sachen gilt eine gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren ab Erhalt der Waren. Von der Gewährleistung nicht gedeckt sind Schäden infolge natürlicher Abnützung, mangelhafter Wartung, Missachtung von Betriebsvorschriften, zu hoher Beanspruchung und ungeeigneter Betriebsmittel.
9 Haftung
